I am unable to print from any of my Apple devices as of yesterday. I have not made any changes in my local network configuration, printer or personal devices. The printer shows up in the Chooser and in HP Smart but fails to connect when I send a print job, never times out just keeps trying to connect. I was able to connect to the printer wireless SSID and print but of course this will not be an acceptable solution on an ongoing basis. I have tried restarting the network and the printer, going into set up mode and treating it like a new printer. When I do this it finds the printer and seems to connect to my wireless network but can never complete the setup process. I tried with both the mobile HP Smart App and the app on my Apple laptop with the same result. Now I see that I can't get support for this without paying HP for at least a month's support. I am already paying for the ink cartridge service. At this point I'm considering just throwing the printer out the window and trying another vendor's product as this is not the first time I've struggled to get the printer to work.
