HP Envy 6600

fjohnparker_0-1627187953296.pngI need my HP Envy 6600 email address ASAP!

All settings are correct. What am I missing? I click the Web Services 'Print Report" button and nothing happens. I click ANY other 'Print Report' button in the settings and it prints the report IMMEDIATELY!

WHAT IS GOING ON?!

I can print fine from the app and all devices, but I need the ability to email docs to my printer ASAP --  It's the number one reason I chose to purchase an HP Envy!

Please assist!

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Check / Adjust the setting in tab Settings > Security Administrator Settings

If not already done, add a check in the box next to all / each of the Web Services Settings entries

All Web Services

Only HP ePrint

Only Print Apps

Click Apply to save the change

Try printing the information again:

Tab Web Services > Web Services Settings > Print Info Page

What else?

Open the HP Smart / HP Connected website and sign in.

Check your printer status and your printer email address.

Click Flag to switch to your region

What else?

We have absolutely no control over whether the ePrint service is working, where (in what part of the planet) the service is working, or whether your job(s) print.

The entire process is automated.

HP does not provide "status" checkpoints beyond those with which you are already familiar.  For example, if the job is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance.  Job acceptance does not mean the job print print nor does it indicate whether the job will print "now" or later.
