I recently purchased HP Envy Inspire 7200e series all-in-one printer. I have completed the installation, however it's not printing. it printed a couple of pages. since then, the message appears that the job is sent to printer, but it wouldn't print. also, the display doesn't display any errors too.

@shreegr, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your new printer. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get it working again:
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. You can check this using the HP Smart app or the printer software.
Clean the Printhead:
- A clogged printhead can prevent ink from being applied to the page. Use the printer's maintenance tools to clean the printhead. This option is usually found in the Settings or Tools menu of the HP Smart app or printer software.
Run a Diagnostic Test:
- Print a Print Quality Report from the printer's control panel (Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report) to check for any errors or missing colors.
Check Paper Settings:
- Ensure the paper loaded matches the settings selected in the printer driver. Use clean, undamaged paper and verify the paper type (e.g., plain, glossy) is set correctly.
Update Printer Firmware and Drivers:
- Outdated firmware or drivers can cause printing issues. Visit the HP Support site to download and install the latest firmware and drivers for your printer.
Reset the Printer:
- Disconnect the printer from power, wait for 60 seconds, and then reconnect it and power it back on.
You can download - Official HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows | Free Download hppsdr.exe
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.
If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
Click Fix Printing
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
