Product: HP ENVY 7640 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Today I connected our new Sky Q Hub to all our devices without any problems. I now can’t print from my HP laptop, even though I can print from my iPad. The HP Envy printer is connected to the router and even shows on my laptop as ‘ready’, but every time I try to print nothing happens and I get an error message.

I would really appreciate some help.
