Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 415
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear Community,

 

We have HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 Printer in our office. It is connected to our WiFi Network along with other 70+ laptops and mobile phones.  Currently, some devices out of 70 can connect to printer and some other devices on the same network cannot connect.  We have configured the printer to use static ip.  The ip configuration seems to be correct as subnet and gateway are same for all the devices.  We have a router and two Access Points in the network.

 

We can't figure out what is the problem and it's annoying. Please suggest if there is a way to fix or diagnose the problem further.  we have tried factory reset for printer and firmware upgrade.
