I have an Inspire 7200. Just relocated and have a new network. The printer sees the network but does not recognize the security. I have reset the router and restarted the printer with no success.

- Ensure your router is using WPA2 or WPA3 security. HP printers may not support older or mixed security modes like WEP or WPA/WPA2 mixed mode.
- Access your router settings (usually via a browser at 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1) and verify the security type and password.
Forget and Reconnect to Network
- On the printer control panel:
- Go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings > Restore Network Settings.
- Then go to Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect to your Wi-Fi.
- Carefully re-enter the Wi-Fi password (case-sensitive).
Use HP Smart App for Setup
- Download the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.
- Open the app and select Set Up a New Printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi securely.
Update Printer Firmware
- Outdated firmware can cause connectivity issues.
- Visit the Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
- Enter your printer model (HP ENVY Inspire 7200) and download the latest firmware.
