HP JetDirect 3100w incompatible with M552

I bought a jet direct hp 3100w, I looked at the site for compatibility with hp lj m552dn, it fits. after installation, the printer says Invalid USB device is attached. Please remove" I decided to check on my other hp lj m632z printer, it was installed immediately and worked without problems. Installed on other m552dn printers, the same error. I installed the firmware of 2021 and 2022, uploaded it through the boot menu with the module already connected, it also does not help.

I think this is a shortcoming of HP, they wrote that there is compatibility with m552, but in fact they didn’t add it to the firmware! Ask HP to help and make changes, as it is necessary to modernize a large number of these devices. Thank you.

I assume that the problem is in the firmware for security reasons, it may have suffered and has not been fixed. 

what this security bulletin says, that it is required to replace the firmware with FS4: 4.11.0.1 but it is not freely available. when I contact the call center, they send me to this forum.

The M552 doesn't support FS4 firmware, only FS3.  

The hint from the picture: requires the HP Internal USB  port accessory
