Product: HP Laser 107r
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Laser 107r doesn’t work with MacBook OS, I tried 2 different versions of macOS Big Sur 11.1 and High Sierra 10.13.6 same problem. I can see the printer in System Preferences but it doesn’t respond during sending to print.

Hi,

I afraid that the printer is not compatible with Mac computers, as you may find listed by its specifications:

https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c06395642#AbT11

 

Only a network-enabled model for this series is supported on Mac using AirPrint through a wireless connection only, such as the HP laser 107w model.
