Common problems for Connectivity Issues

HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed a new Netgear Mesh WiFi 6 Router.  Existing Laser Jet MFP M29w will not connect to new network.  Was easy to connect when router had WPS button - not so on new system. 

Been through everything that Hp has to say - no go.   Network summary printout page says Wi-Fi Direct Setup Status: Disabled.  Apps on PC and Phone have my printer on them but indicate that there is no network connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Try following below steps to restore wireless setup mode for the printer:

Once you are done, open HP Smart and click the plus sign, then select Setup and Add a new printer and follow the steps on screen to reconfigure the wireless connection for the printer:
