I changed my internet company to a new one and now my printer will not connect:  I have tried all the wireless suggestions,  my ssid is correct and so is my password. The test report says I have more than one access point/wireless router has been found.  and the WPA authentication method on my hp printer has been changed  Please help.

I understand that you are trying to connect the printer to wifi, I am glad to assist you.

Restore the factory-set defaults on the printer

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button. 

2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu. 

3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.

 

Follow the steps mentioned on page number 58 in this user manual to connect the printer to wifi :- Click here
