Microsoft Windows 11

HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276nw LAN connector shows the green and orange lites when its starting but the lites go out once the printer has initialized, reports that the cable is disconnected. Have tried multiple know good cables in  multiple know good ports with same results. Disconnected the power for 60+ secs  and held the power button for 15 sec. same results. Have reinstalled the latest firmware. Wifi works. Have run out of ideas. Haven't used the LAN in years and don't remember why, maybe cause this was the issue.... Any help would be appreciated.

@DCider

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer with a network cable, I am glad to assist you.

As you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue still persists.

I recommend you to reset the printer setting to factory defaults and setup the printer again with ethernet cable to fix the issue.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
