HP LaserJet M110w Printer

Hi, printer works fine and prints. But the final part of set up to register the printer does not work. I have deleted and added again. Does not work, which means I cannot sign up to instant ink either as it needs a printer to connect to!

 

Please can anyone assist? Its brand new but on the virtual chat the product number doesnt work, yet It worked on adding into the account online but warranty is unknown so HP want me to pay £21! It should be under warranty I bought it two weeks ago.
