When my HP LaserJet M110w printer stopped printing, I used HP Smart & HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0.16 in an effort to regain the use of the printer.

NO JOY!

I tried "Chat with Virtual Agent," and got no joy.

Big mistake...
Got connected to some guy who sounded like he was halfway around the world. English was NOT his first language, he had a VERY heavy accent, and he talked too fast. Not getting any satisfaction from his efforts, I finally hung up on him.

So...this is NOT my first Rodeo. I've been using computers for decades now, even writing programs to use in AutoCad.

I seem to remember giving control of my 'puter to one of your Gurus when this happened in the past. If that's what is needed, how can I do that again?
