Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I see a couple other threads with minimal HP responses to the same issue I have.

We do not have wifi in the location this is located so we cannot finish the install.  It always requires the printer to be on a wifi connection.  Even with downloading what I am told was an offline version of the software.

Yes, it is connected via usb and the computer recognizes it.  It just does not complete the setup and thus no printer.

Is there any solution to using this model without wifi?

You can download HP full feature driver and use it to install the printer.

Here is the link:- Click here

(Note: Don't connect the USB cable in until prompted during the installation)

Keep me posted.
