Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Just purchased this MFP printer (Jan 2023). Installed current drivers/software. Attached to network via ethernet. System finds printer and I can print with no problems, however the scan & fax drivers don't work properly. When I click HP Twain Administration, the system response = "HP LJM227M231 was not found," then "Open Data Source Failed."
I installed HP Print and Scan Doctor and then HP Smart Printing however the scan/fax issues are not resolved.
Note: in Windows 10 Control Panel, Devices & Printers, I see only two related devices:
1) HP LaserJet MFP M227fdw UPD PCL 6
2) HP Smart Printing
