Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Recently my company has changed their security standards and recommended us to use WPA3 at our home WiFi routers, whenever possible.

My router supports the WPA2/WPA3 Personal mixed mode, but after I configured it to use this mode, the only device that wasn't able to connect to it was my recently acquired HP printer (a Laserjet MFP 234dw).

I had to switch my router back to WPA2 Personal mode to be able to use my printer.

Is there a firmware update planned to support WPA2/WPA3 mixed or WPA3 only?

Factory reset didn't solve the issue.

I have to use WPA2, instead of WPA3.

I'm still unable to upgrade my wifi network security to use the most secure WPA3 protocol.

Because of the HP Printer, I'm stuck with WPA2.
