Hi Guys
I have a HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276n that I recently purchased.
I want to connect it wirelessly but there is no Wi-Fi icon on my printers display screen.
Please help me, I have checked and double checked my printer's specs and it says it is Wi-Fi enabled.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Sanman247,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276n printer is Wi-Fi enabled but you're unable to find the Wi-Fi icon on the printer's display screen, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Ensure Wi-Fi is Enabled:
- Check the printer's settings menu to ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled. Navigate through the menu options on the printer's display screen and look for Wi-Fi settings or network settings.
Reset Network Settings:
- Perform a network reset on the printer to clear any existing network configurations and start fresh. This can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
- Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a network reset.
Update Firmware:
- Make sure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Firmware updates can sometimes fix bugs and add new features, including Wi-Fi functionality.
- Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model, and download/install any available firmware updates.
Restart Printer and Router:
- Power off your printer and router, then wait for a few minutes before powering them back on. Sometimes, restarting both devices can resolve connectivity issues.
Check Router Settings:
- Ensure that your router is broadcasting a Wi-Fi signal and that it's configured to allow connections from your printer.
- Check the router settings to ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled and that the network name (SSID) and password are correct.
Factory Reset Printer:
- As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. This will restore the printer to its original settings, including Wi-Fi settings.
- Note that performing a factory reset will erase all custom settings and configurations on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
