Hello there! There is an HP LaserJet Pro 400 M425dw, started issuing 79 service error. According to the recommendations on the HP website, the HP LaserJet Pro 400 M425dw was flashed with the latest firmware 20200714 from July 24, 2020. After the firmware, you can only connect via Wifi without a password. If WiFi has a password, it always returns an error when entering the WPA phrase incorrectly. Tried on different WiFi routers the result is the same. Tell me what to do to connect HP LaserJet Pro 400 M425dw to a WiFi network with a password?

Is the wireless device you are connecting to a newer generation 5G unit? If so, compatibility has been an issue and sometimes setting the printer to only connect on a 2.4Ghz channel helps.

It's the same with the other HP 425dw MFP. It was constantly rebooting with error 79. It was connected via a WiFi network. Before the firmware and after the settings were not reset. After the firmware, it stopped connecting to the Wifi network using the settings that were saved in it before the firmware. I need help!!!

Have you performed a factory reset and changed the IP address to one not used on the printer before? I am not sure why you are unable to connect after the firmware update, I have not seen this behaviour with any of my clients. Unrelated but I have seen a full fax memory cause errors and restarts.

On the first MFP, the factory settings were restored first through the MFP menu, the MFP was restarted and tried to configure WiFi on different networks, resulting in only a WPA phrase error. But the MFP connects to an open Wifi network. Then we did a hard reset like in the video(https://youtu.be/5bYp6SnQdVo). Connecting to Wifi gives an error after entering the WPA phrase.
