Yeah or they could just post the link here and we wouldn’t have to put even more time in solving it. Also it probably depends on where in the world you live, that number is probably different elsewhere... 😕

Yes I agree! it would have saved me 12 hours of stress when I knew all appmgnit was the software but I had to exhaust all the other options first. 

 

Looks like the number got deleted from my last post. I found it on this website. I think I went through the support option and stumbled accross it there. 

 

although my case is now closed, if you do end up calling please feel free to quote my case as you seem to have exactly the same issue as me: 5059653783. 

 

I'm not usually a person who posts things online but this was a huge exception. I hope you all get sorted.
