Hi,

 

I recently bought a new router ARRIS and have been trying to connect the wifi to my printer, but it is not working. I am very frustrated as I have been trying this for the last 3 days with no help from HP. Please help. My router doesn't have the on/off switch, so I have tried to plug off the cable and retried it and also did the same on my printer. My printer is a touchscreen and the options are very limited. What do I do? Please help, experts. Thank you.

This is just farce. Fuc* you HP. I will never buy any equipments from you. Your customer service is horrible. I will make an official compliant. Just wait!
