Hey everyone i have a problem with my printer not having internet access when it should. I have router cable connected to it cable lights are on printer now has ip adress but when connecting to it with wifi it never have internet connection. Any way to fix this? Please help.

Hi,

Please make sure the latest printer firmware is installed and the printer is fully up to date:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/LES/M125/HP_M125_126_FW_Update_20201012.exe

 

Update the firmware on an HP printer

 

For any further issue, please clarify what exact feature you are trying to use and what exact error is shown when trying to use the feature.
