Operating System: iOS

I want to change the WiFi from printer. It doesn’t work. I never has such a complicated product. 
It couldn’t be real that there is no instroduction to change the WiFi? I spent more than 1 hour to search for this product in a forum, which i never want to join. 
how this could be?

Hi,

you do have the information listed on HP Support.

 

Please make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer and the power light solid lits, then press and hold the wireless button for about 20 seconds, till the Attention light starts blinking, then release it and allow the printer to restart.

 

Make sure you see an HP-Setup network nearby in the wireless networks list and that your are connected to your home network.

 

Open HP Smart, click the Plus sign in the top-right side and then on Set Up a New Printer.

Follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your network.

Hello,

 

i doesn’t work.

i can’t remember the Passwort.

i could swear that I never take a Passwort to the device. 
how can I put the printer back to factory settings?
