Nothing I seem to do enables my printer to accept the new wifi code.  I was asked to remove the printer (by HP) and reinstall it and this seems to be an issue too.  Apple have tried to help as HP is non responsive except by giving instructions that still do not work.  Any of you experienced this and found a solution?  I'd be SO happy to resolve the issue.  Quite like my printer but only when it works.....

Hi @GOODMAN59

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that your printer won't connect to new wifi router I'd like to help!

what is the security type set on your printer?

What is the encryption method supported by your router?

This printer has WPA/WPA 2 encryption.

If you have already tried the WPS method, then you might have to use a USB cable and then convert it to wireless.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
