My LaserJet Pro MFP M28-M31 stopped responding to laptop print and command (saying printer "idle"). I ultimately deleted it, downloaded HP Smart and tried to re-install the printer. The instructions say to press the blue wireless button on the printer control panel, and then to select Network Wi-Fi OFF, then touch Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard.  However, nothing happens when I press the wireless button - the panel offering no other way to proceed with the other commands. Help!

I would like to help

 

If you can connect the printer through USB you can try restoring the printer back to factory defaults
