HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer

I got this printer because I don't need to print things often, so laserjet seemed like the best option. Ever since I got this printer, I have struggled to get it to do anything it's supposed to. It will not connect to the internet, saying it can't detect anything, even after moving it directly next to my router. I tried for hours to get it to connect wirelessly like it's supposed to and tried to go through HP support. Eventually, I decided to just suck it up and use the USB to connect it to my computer whenever I needed to use it. However, even that doesn't work 99% of the time. Scanning and printing are a hassle every. single. time. I try to use it. The HP  app is practically useless and it is impossible to get any type of support from there or the site. I am not necessarily tech savvy, but I am in no way a novice. I have NEVER had anywhere near the number of problems I've had with HP products. I don't know what I'm missing here...

Welcome to the HP support communtiy.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
