Hi,
I have replaced a business' computer with a newer one. When replacing it HP automatically offered an update for the printer available on Wi-Fi. I installed it. It is a very nice interface offering all the options available with this printer.
However, when clicking on the option to "Scan" it says that "The Printer is Unavailable"?
What can be done to make this work. What are the troubleshooting steps to get it to work, it it is going to work?
