Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Hp laser jet Pro M15W with only the 3 buttons on top will not connect with wifi. I am using MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 and new Xfinity router - Printed a Tcp/IF report that says printer is waiting for connection, direct setup is enabled with automatic connection but will not connect with wifi. I am being told to go through the hp app but it cannot find my printer so not sure how that is gonna help me if the printer is offline. Tried everything online from troubleshooting to other people with similar problems here but nothing is connecting my devices to this printer.
HELP....this printer is barely a year old and brand new ink!!
