ATT is my ISP. Put in a new EERO network this weekend. Everything seemed to go smoothly and devices were added one at a time so i could keep track of IP addresses. I was able to print from the Laserjet p1102 w printer wirelessly. Now i'm not.
I went to the HP website and downloaded the drivers and firmware and installed them. Using a USB cable, i executed the setup files. I chose to add a printer to be added to my new network. The software finds my network and password and indicates that everything is successfull. The last item is to print a test page. When i disconnect the USB cable, my printer status goes from READY to OFFLINE. When i connect to the printer again with the USB cable and print the self test / device configuration page, it gives every indication that it is connected to the new EERO network. It just won't print wirelessly.
i spent an hour on the phone with EERO support and they finally suggested that i go to HP to get some answers. Is it possible that this printer can't operate wirelessly on this new mesh system? I have an HP Photosmart 7520 that works just fine on the network.
Any thoughts?

@Bows1909, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
This is a pretty old printer. It may not support the Mesh network.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
- This printer supports WPA encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK
You may use the WPS method - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
