Hi HP Community,

 

HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M521dn EWS server password is unknown to our team. 

 

Other admin passwords have not been successful to edit settings for new hires to be added to our scan to email feature.

 

Any idea or suggestions on how to reset the EWS password??
