Hi @Mitru
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It seems like your printer might need to be reconfigured for the new network after changing your internet provider.
Here are some steps to resolve the issue:
1. Reset Network Settings:
- On the printer, go to the control panel and navigate to the Network Settings menu.
- Select Restore Network Settings to reset the printer's Wi-Fi configuration.
2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
- Use the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer's control panel to connect it to your new Frontier Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
3. Update Printer Settings on Your Computer:
- On your computer, go to Devices and Printers (Windows) or System Preferences > Printers & Scanners (Mac).
- Remove the printer and re-add it to ensure it’s connected to the correct network.
4. Check Printer Status:
- Make sure the printer is set as the default printer in your computer's settings.
- If the printer shows "In use," cancel any pending print jobs and restart both the printer and your computer.
5. Run HP Diagnostic Tools:
- Use the HP Smart app or HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any connectivity issues.
Let me know how it goes! 😊
