My HP LaserJet p1102w cannot connect to our Wifi network from either or PC or Mac. Xfinity installed a new modem yesterday, and it worked fine before then.

 

On the PC, I have removed the printer and re-installed drivers, did the setup, found the wireless network and entered password, and the error I got was that the printer was connected to the network but that the PC couldn't find it, and to make sure they were on the same network. They were on the same network, and there were no other steps I could take to resolve.

 

On the Mac, I followed the HP online instructions. I removed the printer and reinstalled drivers. Then I connected the printer to the Mac using the USB cable. That worked fine. However, per HP instructions, when I removed the USB connection to the printer and then tried to find the printer on WIFI, it wasn't there.

 

So definitely a problem , 2 OS and neither one of them works if I follow HP instructions :l(
