By following installation guide I'm getting the following errors. How to fix it?

- printer is placed close to router and laptop

- printer is new

- using iOS app installation fails as well

- after reset of a printer setup the result is the same

- router reboot did not help

In the result I can see the Wi-Fi network of the printer, but the Wi-Fi indicator is blinking on the printer control panel. And printer could not be found by the HP Smart app.

There is a video here that might be useful

It is unlikely, but always possible, the printer has a defect.  Can it print a status page?

AFAICT it only works at the 2.4ghz band.

I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. This tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then use that tutorial. Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits such as someone's phone number. When in the router, run the app that finds the channel with the least amount of noise for both bands.

It needs to connect on the 2.4 band to the router.  A smartphone can connect using Bluetooth as explained on the user manual  https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07833319.pdf

If you connect temporarily using USB for testing, be sure to reset the printer so it can use W-Fi to connect to the router

note the following:

● Do not connect the printer with a USB cable when setting up for the first time. HP+ printer will not work as
expected if USB is used for setting up for the first time.
● To set up and use the printer, it must be connected to the Internet at all times.

That message shows up when attempting to print directly to the printer.  I suspect it is asking for the WPS pin which is usually 12345678.  I am just guessing for the PIN.  You need to get a network report to find the pin

Please try to connect to the router.  if your laptop or smartphone runs at 5ghz it will never connect to the printer directly.  Has to go through the modem/router.
