Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My HP Color LaseJet MFP m281fdw failed to scan using "Send to e-mail" function. I noticed the symptom was after scanning the page, there is NO confirmation page with the "OK" button displayed on the printer LCD screen. If the scan is successful, a confirmation page with the "OK" button will be displayed on the printer LCD screen for 2-3 seconds.

 

I use the "Scan to USB" function and also failed. What may be the cause of failure ?
