Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw. I need to re-establish the wifi connection because the wifi has a new password. I am trying to set that up but I can  find no directions or  phone number to get assistance. How do I set the wifi up again on  this printer

I understand you are trying to connect the printer to a wireless network. To assist you better,

  • Do you get any errors?
  • Do you have access to a personal wireless router?

Follow the steps from this document - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

 

For assistance with printer setup, click here. Use the HP Smart app to print.
