Hi! Last week my Adobe CC Indesign took a dive and Adobe remotely logged into my system to fix the issue. At the same time, Xfinity did "something" on their end because my service was wonky and they "fixed it". i.e. Still wonky. However since they "did something on their end" my HP work horse Office Jet Pro won't access my wifi. Wifi is working fine. I've plugged, unplugged, restarted and more. Finally to finish my work week, I used an ethernet to get by. I have a friend who had same issue with Xfinity. She has to use ethernet now too. I want my bluetooth back so I have access not to just print w/o clicking "ok" on the screen, but use my online HP ink service, etc. The printer will not let me add my network manually. The printer will pickup and see many of my neighbors wifi, so it's def seeing others wifi. Help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
