HP Office Jet 4620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello all and thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

I have an Office Jet 4620 all in one printer and am trying to connect to a wireless router (att 4g router).  Ive tried both the push button wps and pin options to no avail.  I have the printer currently connected to my pc via usb and can print via this connection.  I need the printer to be available to multiple devices however.  Ive reset the printer, computer, and router.  Ive tried the troubleshooting helper and ive attempted to use the "convert from USB to Wireless" in the HP software but the software itself wont accept my router password, though im positive im keying it in correctly (more than 6 times).  Im at a loss here.

Again Many thanks for any insight.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Reset the printer's network settings

1. Press the (Wireless) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Wireless Settings, select Restore Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that        the network defaults have been restored.

2. Press the (Setup) button, and then, using the buttons on the right, scroll to and select Reports, and then select Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and           verify that the network settings have been reset.

Follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to setup the printer to Wireless connection:- Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
