Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had this printer HP Office Jet Pro 9025e for quite awhile and it has worked pretty well.  It recently had queing problems that no one could solve so I was told to uninstall and then add as a new printer which I have tried to do.  Now, altho it shows connected to my wi-fi and the computer shows connected to the same "network" they don't see each other.  I also do not show the Printer listed as an installed printer through the Control Panel.  Maybe it is a problem with the install disk? I would appreciate any suggestions.  Thanks!
