Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Hi, I'm using an out of warranty HP OfficeJet 5255. Recently, as in the last 2 weeks, it's starting to have issues when I'm trying to print something from the Internet. It prints EXTREMLY slowly. It sounds fast, as the ink cartridges are constantly moving across the page, but it can take up to a half hour to print one full page of text. I don't have this problem at all when printing from Microsoft, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the printer itself. It also prints copies at a normal speed. My only problem is when trying to print something directly from the Internet. Has anyone else had this problem? Can you guide me? Thank you!
