My HP OfficeJet 6958 isn't connecting to my wifi network.

The display says "This feature locked by person who manages printer".

Nobody has locked anything in the printer, nor elsewhere.

It used to connect to the wifi, but suddenly stopped.

I'm also having a hard time getting drivers updated.

Even when the printer's connected via USB to the laptop, it won't print.

Please advise. Thank you.
