Hi, I have the above error and I checked the previous post referring me to the instructions manual but did not solve my issue.
I am unable to reset the device or do anything from the 'setup' since it is locked by the administrator (that's myself)! Not sure when I started having this issue but now, although I can ping my printer, I am just unable to get it set up via the HP Smart App. The HP Print and Scan Doctor cannot help too. Stuck with a white elephant on my desk now. Can someone care to suggest a fix or to hard reset this 'old work horse'? Thanks!
