My HP 6975 printer loses network connection every time the power goes off and will not reconnect. I have restarted router and printer and still not working. Cannot change network settings. Get message this feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer. I setup the printer and do not know how to go in as an admin on the printer. Please help. How do I go in as admin or how can I reset the printer back to factory settings?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
