This printer will not wake up when I try to print via my network (printer set up as wireless). I've tried all the "fixes" from a previous thread. My previous Epson printer in the same location relative to my router did not have this problem. I tried using my wireless network and using the wireless Direct. The printer is less than 4 months old but local store only takes returns within a month. How do I return this to HP? Funny how it will connect to tell HP when I need ink but not when I want to print.

Contacted HP support. Worked through some possible solutions. None worked. Tech asked that I reset my computer, the printer, and my router. Did that, no help. Put my original Epson next to my HP and set it up for wireless. Epson works fine, HP takes 3 to 10 minutes to wake up and print if it wakes up at all. Was supposed to get a call back from HP Tech but it never it happened. Wasted too much time trying to get it to work via wireless so I moved it next to the router and connected via network cable. Not a convenient solution but hopefully it will work since its too late to return to the store where I purchased it.
