Hi I purchased the above printer a couple of weeks ago and it was fine! Then along came a firmware update 6-23.1.17-202408100423. The internet connection now drops out after a couple of minutes. Restarting the print solves the issue, but two minutes later, the connection is lost again. It's becoming unusable. I've reinstalled, but to no avail.
I've enrolled with Instant ink, but as it won't connect to the internet, this is a bit of a waste of time. Can anyone help please?
