I installed new print cartridges and the printer is now stuck on a message that says the print heads are either missing, installed incorrectly, or undetected. I also cannot get back to the home screen on the printer. All my trouble shooting shows everything is connected properly and all software and drivers are up to date. I have a HP Lap Top and ran diagnostics and received a message that "your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device. Detected or resource (h2180.www2.hp.com) is not responding. I don't know what that means or how can I fix this. Any suggestions?

@BL117, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors
You may also try the steps here - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error.
Use the old ink cartridges(if available) and check if the error persists.
If the error persists, I'm afraid this could be an issue with the printer or the printhead. The printhead is non-removable.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
