Just upgraded to Windows x64 and changed my router passwords. Cannot change my OfficeJet Pro 9015 to reconnect, as the control panel is user/password protected. I don't know the username and password. Please provide the steps to reset my printer, or if it's possible to reset the username and password.
Thanks so much for your time!

@lexuszze, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to make changes to the settings on the printer. We need to perform a factory reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
