HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 will not detect WiFi Network. I just moved into a new office and had my internet installed through CenturyLink. My wireless router is model C400BZ. When the WiFi setup wizard is run, it detects several other Wifi networks for other offices in my building, but my network does not show up. All of my other devices detect the wifi network and connect just fine (laptop, tablet, and phone). It's just the printer that can't even find the network. I have tried everything including a factory reset. I have watched multiple youtube videos and followed many online instructions posted in this forum and in other places. Nothing seems to work.
