I've been trying to Airprint a needed email from my **bleep** account and a needed Word document from my iPhone 13 Pro my   HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e (All-In-One-Printer).

 

1) I choose Print Command for the document, 2) select the Airprint choice, 3) the Options Screen for Printer says "No Printer Selected >",  4) I tap on the No printer Selected >and 5) select the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series [27D1B0] ?? since it is the only option to select. It shows up for a few seconds and then quickly disappears back to the Options Screen for printing and again I get the Printer Option No Printer Selected. I've tried everything.

 

I can print form my laptop and my iPad but not my iPhone.Can someone please help me understand why this is happening?

What is the current version running on your iPhone 13 Pro?

 

This could be a compatibility issue. Click here and select your current OS and update drivers and firmware if available. If not I am afraid, it's a compatibility issue.
