Hello! Im having problem connecting my printer HP Officejet 4622 to a wireless network. When trying to connect via wps or pin the printer is trying to connect but it takes too much time and eventually there pops up the error message. Tried adding the printer through wifi control settings but no luck. Tried turning off and on router and the printer. Paper is in, the blue light blinks but it simply wont connect. I changed internet services recently. Before that the printer connected just fine. I made sure my router is set to 802.11n 2,4GHz and that those two frequencies (2,4GHz and 5GHz) have different ssids. Please help

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

Meanwhile, follow the instructions from this document here and see how it goes.
