I have been doing everything I can to not have to post here, but I guess I have to.

 

Hello, I've been having issues with my HP Officejet 4630 absolutely refusing to connect to my wifi network ever since I've switched internet providers. It continues to say that the password is wrong. Believe it or not it's not wrong.

 

I have:

- reset my router

- reset my printer (multiple times)

- reset my printer's wifi settings (multiple times)

- renamed my ssid for my 2.4ghz connection so that it would display separately and be able to connect (it didn't)

- had other people attempt to enter the wifi password and connect it (multiple times)

- unplugged and replugged EVERYTHING (again, multiple times)

- turned it off and back (multiple times)

 

NOTHING HAS WORKED and it's months.

 

What can I do that doesn't involve me resetting everything again, please help me.
