Printer identifies network but won’t connect with correct password

I'd like to help!

 

Please follow the steps listed below:

 

  1. Please connect your laptop back to your home wireless network.  If your wireless network has internet access you will now have internet access on your laptop.
  2. Let's connect your printer to your home wireless network.
    1. If your printer is turned off, please turn it on.
    2. Please tap the wireless icon on the front panel of the printer, this will bring up the 'Network' menu.
    3. Please choose  'Wireless Setup Wizard' and follow the prompts on the screen.  You will need to know the passphrase for your wireless network as the wizard will prompt you to enter it.
    4. The wireless light on your printer should be a solid blue.  This indicates that your printer is now connected to your wireless network.
  3. Please click on the link below titled 'Installing the Printer Software on a Wireless or Wired (Ethernet) Network'.  This has step-by-step instructions on installing the printer.
